This book not only breaks down the physical affects of how we eat and how eating unhealthy can lead to health issues but it teaches how one can start anew. This was definitely eye-opening, especially since so many of family members being affected by cancer and other harmful diseases. This book gives tips to healthy eating, helps you understand each nutrient you are putting into your body, and provides recipes and yummy ingredients that you can use while cooking to replace the unhealthy foods you've been consuming. I have been inspired and have already started my journey to healthy eating and I definitely feel the difference. Following the instructions in the book, I have more energy, I'm less moody and I don't have a sluggish feeling after eating.
